The problem of muscle knots can be avoided by eating a balanced diet with an active lifestyle and alertness while sitting, walking and bending.  While working in the office, stretch the body by taking a break every hour.  This will reduce the tension of muscles and also remove their stiffness and this will not cause you a problem of muscle knots.  In which posture do you sit in the office.  Pay attention to that as well.  Set the screen of the computer or laptop in such a way that your head is straight.  Do not stay on the phone for too long, because during that time there is a tilt in the neck, due to which the tension of the neck and shoulders muscles increases.  Keeping these things in mind, the problem can also be avoided by exercising appropriately.  Be sure to include green vegetables and fresh fruits in the diet.  Drink about 2-3 liters of water throughout the day.  Water is the panacea for many diseases, so ignoring it is the biggest mistake
