Do not make these mistakes under stress



Is it possible to avoid stress?  As long as we are alive, it is not possible to avoid stress and finding a stress-free life is also great stress in itself.  It is not always possible to stop stress, but stress does not harm us much, it is possible.  Psychologists have discovered and made mistakes that we constantly make in moments of stress.  If we stop making these mistakes, then the loss will reduce and the stress will quickly disappear.

1. Distance from the world


People stop talking to others when they are under stress or feel negativity.  By choosing solitude to solve stress, people get so much stress that they start harming themselves.  Instead, meet more people at that time and go to such places where attention can be shared.  Go out of the place to surround yourself in solitude and ask for help from others.


2. Talking negative things to myself


Under stress, a person talks negatively to himself.  He increases the tension inside the mind and increases his difficulties on his own.  If you talk to yourself in moments of stress, if you did the same things with someone else, you probably would not have a friend in the world.  Talk to yourself in moments of stress, just like you would do outside a reputed person.  As a motivational speaker and business coach, the advice we give to others is to try to be neutral in the same way when we are stressed.


4. Keep quiet


A lot of people do not want controversy and tension, so they bear silently.  Why do people face years of incidents like the wrong initiative of the boss, making fun of colleagues, frequent taunts of the teacher in school?  Simply accepting negative situations because of not wanting a dispute is over happiness.  Is a unique way to do it.  This does not mean that you have to be aggressive.  There is also a way between being aggressive and being overbearing, where you clearly tell someone that I don't like it and didn't treat me like that.  Go  You stand up for your needs, needs, desires and your principles and say 'no' with utmost sincerity in clear words.

5. More focus on stress management


In the name of stress management, you are adopting crooked ways every moment.  Let's think more about the same.  Some people laugh like a film character under stress and some count down in their minds.  Work on stress-causing sources with such solutions.  Work on the stress that has been caused.  The biggest way to manage stress, is positivity thinking, to consider the possibilities that cause stress-causing causes.  If you are currently under stress for any reason, then look inside yourself and see if you are also making any of these mistakes?
